Il Verro Coda di Pecora Sheep 2015. Cesare Avenia of Il Verro is the only producer of this autochthonous grape of Campania. Thanks to him, we can still enjoy it in the bottle. A very interesting dry wine with a very faint sweetness like cotton candy in the nose, lots of minerals including hydrocarbon, ripe yellow stone fruit and fresh flowers. It has a long persistence in the mouth with dominating freshness and sapidity. An equilibrated wine that can keep longer in the cellar.
