Vignaioli Specogna Pinot Grigio Ramato 2011. Crystal clear with a deep copper color coming from the maceration of the Pinot Grigio’s gray purple skin with the must for a period of 10 to 15 days (depending on the vintage). Afterwards it was aged in barriques made of oak and cherry wood. This Pinot Grigio Ramato Riserva is attained from six different vintages (2011 to 2016) that were combined together with the Solera Method. Its nose is intense and complex with notes of red berries, cherries, delicate traces of honey and flowers while the palate expresses smoothness and roundness, very good structure and long persistence. This wine has been receiving a lot of attention and a succession of awards.
