Lunarossa Quartara Fiano 2013. Made with Fiano grapes from Colli di Salerno. Fermented in terracotta amphorae which are partially buried in the ground, aged in big wooden barrels for 12 months then 9 to 10 months in bottles without being filtered. Intense straw yellow with hints of gold, very intense and complex in the nose with lots of spices and mature exotic fruits. On the palate, the sapidity is prominent as well as the acidity, smooth, full-bodied, elegant and long finish.
