The course deals with the themes of mixology at 360 degrees starting from the mixing instruments, raw materials, the figure of a bartender in confronting the market and the attaining the skills in organizing a cocktail bar.

“Accademia Chorus relays that the vocation of the barman or barmaid not only consists of reading books and studying recipes but above all, in learning how to know people, customers and acquire the right professionalism to get them to feel good and make them the protagonists of the experience. A dynamic and dialogic approach that emphasizes the client’s figure, a”client-centric” approach, because at Accademia Chorus, one learns the art of making the customer happy “, emphasizes Massimo D’Addezio.

The project is realized with the partnership of Forma Camera, Special Agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Rome for entrepreneurial training.
