After the success of the first edition, Accademia Chorus starts its second course. Starting on the 25th of February 2019 (Applications until 18 February 2019), the mixology academy will be opening its doors again in training aspiring professional bartenders at Chorus Cafè inside Aditorium Conciliazione in Via della Conciliazione, Rome.
Curating the course will be Massimo D’Addezio, the Best Barman in the World in 2009 and the person behind Spirits, mixology program at Gambero Rosso Channel.
The purpose of Accademia Chorus is to train bartenders professionally to meet the needs of cocktails bars, hotels and places of high-profile entertainment for competent and well-trained staff. The course deals with the themes of mixology at 360 degrees starting from the mixing instruments, raw materials, the figure of a bartender in confronting the market and the attaining the skills in organizing a cocktail bar.

The project is realized with the partnership of Forma Camera, Special Agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Rome for entrepreneurial training. There’s also the collaboration with Openjobmetis, the first and only job agency listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, the true strength of the academy that understands the demand of the market and develop a rich database of industry workers to foster the approach between supply and demand. The course is sponsored by Lunelli Group, Federalberghi and Fipe.
Details about the course:
The course starts on 25 February 2019 and ends on 2 April 2019.
It is a 48-hour training divided into 12 meetings of 4 hours each, every Monday and Tuesday from 13:00 to 17:00.
Applications are now being accepted until 18 February 2019.
The course costs €500.

The menu at Chorus Cafè has interesting proposals of classic, international and regional dishes using well-chosen raw materials of excellence and fresh ingredients. The price ranges are as follows: Appetizers (€12 – €17), First Plates of Pasta and Risotto (€12 – €16), Main Courses of Meat and Fish (€22 – €28), and Desserts (€9 – €12).
